I've been putting off blogging about the past few dinners Joey and I have made. I think that's when I knew a new blog was in order. I just wasn't as interested in talking about it anymore.
We made
Red Beans and Rice, and I loved it! We have made it before but this time I added more Creole seasoning and used whole-grain spaghetti instead of rice. Yum!
I also roasted some broccoli after sprinkling it with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and some EVOO. It was delicious and the perfect compliment to the spicy sausage and beans!
